Vodafone is looking for a passionate Jr. Reward and People Analytics specialist to join our HR team for a 4-month internship. You will take part in various challenging reward-related projects providing analytical support, managing large amount of data from multiple sources and presenting the results of your analyses. The ideal candidate should be a results oriented team player, able to adapt easily to our vibrant environment, bring fresh ideas and have strong sense of ownership.

Requirements:
• MSc in Data Science or Analytics (completed or in progress)
• Good knowledge of statistical techniques
• Strong analytical and communication skills
