To support our continuing growth, we are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance & Compliance Trainee.

What are we looking for?

Energetic, talented & passionate students with desire for continuous learning, studies in Business Administration/Management, and the eagerness to comprehend how an international online travel agency operates. Candidates who want to go from theory to practice; team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; flexibility and organizational skills to be put to the test. Individuals with advanced knowledge of MS Office, who are fluent in speaking and writing English.
As a trainee, you will be involved in supporting activities related to operations and process improvements. You will participate in projects that will allow you to comprehend internal systems and procedures.

A typical day of a Quality Assurance & Compliance trainee:
- Help design and implement new processes/policies to advance business and departmental processes.
- Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices.
- Document business processes changes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures.
- Create necessary presentations.
- Analyze systems and procedures to help understand and manage the current environment, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Priority will be given to students from TEI, in the basis of internship.
