Windows Server and Workstation troubleshooting
Office 365 troubleshooting issues
IOS and Android setups (Email, Apps, etc.)
Imaging Mac and PC’s
Computer deployment to users
Basic knowledge of VoIP telephony systems.
Setup of AV equipment/Video Conferencing setups (Skype, Google Talk, etc.)
Level 1 Help Desk support
Various tasks as needed
